staying healthy and feeling your best is important at any age and that doesn't change just because you have gray hairs. As we grow older, we experience an increasing number of major life changes, includes career changes and retirements, children living home, the loss of loved ones, and physical changes. How to handle and grow from these changes is the key to stay healthy.

Healthy ageing means continually reinventing yourself as you pass through landmark ages such as 60, 70 and 80. It means finding new things you enjoy, learning to adapt to change, staying physically and socially active, and feeling connected to your community and loved one's. Unfortunately, for many, aging brings anxiety and fear instead. How will I take care of my self late in my life? What if I loss my spouse? what is going to happen to my mind? However, many of these fears stem from myths about aging that are exaggerated by the media or simply untrue. The truth is that you are stronger and more resilient than you may think.

Learning to FishWill - Classic Fishy Story

Mrs Baker wanted to go ice fishing. She had read several books on the subject, and finally, after getting all the necessary equipment together, she made her way out onto the ice.
After positioning her comfy stool, she started to make a circular cut in the ice.

Frighteningly, from up above, a voice boomed, 'There are no fish under the ice.' Startled, Mrs Baker moved farther down the ice, poured herself a large coffee, and began to cut yet another hole.
Again, from the heavens, the voice bellowed, 'There are no fish under the ice.' Mrs Baker, now became very concerned so she moved way down to the opposite end of the ice, set up her stool, and began again to cut her ice-hole.
The voice rang out once more, 'There are no fish under the ice.' Mrs Baker, stopped, looked upwards and said, 'Is that you, Lord?'
The voice replied, 'No, this is the Ice-Rink Manager.'
